At Nityagni, we Conduct trainings, Workshops, Event bookings and various vedic and religious charity activities. Refund requests are taken place abiding by a set of terms and conditions. For Events, Puja services,  we deliver prasadam depending on the event type. We request all subscribers to go through below policy terms.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers can put the cancellation request for a selected service within 5 days of payment/comfirmation.
  • No cancellation is applicable for the services offered with discounts/offers.
  • A service considered as CANCEL if the payment is not received within the said time duration.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund policy differes from one service to other.
  • A refund would not be entertained for the trainings / event bookings / workshops already completed.
  • No refund will be applicable in case, service gets canceled due to any violation of terms in the service agreement.
  • Refund for Donations can be raised within 3 days of the payment / confirmation.

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping is allowed only within India. Hence, we don’t ship Prasadam to foriegn residances.
  • However, an Indian shipping address can be opted for certain events and puja services.
  • Nityagni may consider to ship again, incase of damage / delay / return of prasadam deliveries for case to case.

Refund Mode & Duration:

  • Refund will be made to the same account from which payment is made, no other modes accepted.
  • Refund will be done within 7-10 working days from the cancellation date.
